A dynamic homage to our favourite gardener in the East…Costa! Be sure to check out the special message on his hat and t-shirt when you’re in the area… 
Oh boy did we pick a doozy of a day to put our new garden beds in! It’s been nothing but sun, sun, sun for weeks, but yesterday, on our special dig day, what should happen? Yes sir’eee…the heavens opened to bless our heads and new seedlings with thousands of those petit magical, life-giving droplets. I’m glad I’m waterproof.
It was a select few gorgeous souls who braved the elements to help us, all of whom feature on this wonderful video (below). But before I can allow you to enjoy that I have to holler into cyberspace an extra special thanks to:
- Peter from Honeysuckle Garden Centre (93 Oxford St, Bondi Junction, 02 9387 8786) who donated about $200 of plants and gave us 20% off everything else.
- Daniel from Healthy Harvest Kitchen Gardens who hand-built, supplied and installed our fully recycled Garden Beds for an incredible price because he has a passion for gardening in the community.
- Waverley Council for selecting us to be the lucky recipients of their small grants program.
